1. Products and prices

  • All prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Delivery fees are calculated by zone and shown before payment (see our Shipping Policy).
  • We make every effort to display product information, images and prices accurately. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.
  • All orders are subject to product availability.

2. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm details before delivery.
  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include online card payment, Fawran transfer and Cash on Delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or if the product becomes unavailable; any amount already paid will be refunded.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available within Qatar only, according to the timeframes and fees in our Shipping Policy. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so our driver can reach you.

4. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy (7 days from purchase, conditions apply).

5. Product use

Please use products according to their instructions. Our products are not medical devices unless clearly stated; product descriptions do not constitute medical advice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, images and text, belongs to Xmind Trading or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xmind Trading is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
