General Terms:
Some return and exchange terms may vary depending on the nature of the product.
- Return/Exchange Period:
Our valued customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 7 days of purchase without providing any reason, provided that the original receipt is presented, and the product is unused and in its original condition. In this case, the customer will bear the delivery fees for sending and returning the product.

In-Office Returns/Exchanges:
If our valued customer wishes to return or exchange the product through our office, we will refund the product amount after deducting the initial delivery fees.

Refund Method:
The refund amount will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Defective Products:
If our valued customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return or exchange fees or the cost of sending replacement parts. In some cases, we may ask the customer to send a video showing the issue with the product to assist them to their satisfaction.

- There is no warranty, return, or exchange for products that are gifts.

If a product purchased during a free delivery offer is returned or exchanged, delivery and return/exchange fees will be applied.
